Introduction   Practice Areas   Contact     The Law Firm Samir HAMOUDA has been created since 1985 by Counsel Samir HAMOUDA who exerted beforehand in a national bank institution as an executive specialized in foreign operations. The firm comprises five experimented lawyers with multiple competences, all of them used to different fields of Business Law. Its stride is in the perspective of putting at disposal a legal know-how and means in the service of companies, their investment projects and the development of their activity. The firm is a member of an international lawyer network and is the correspondent in Algeria of important European and Anglo-Saxon Law Firms. The Firm’s clients are essentially national and international companies. The Firm punctually collaborates with institutions such as the World Bank and the European Commission. It is also the counsel of many companies among them multinational companies of first rank. With an experience of more than twenty years, and strong with a network consistent of local and international relations, the firm answers with diligence and reliability to international questions whether of commercial or of dispute nature.
